i4 is a home-inspection theme in the AWG i-series, built from a shared section vocabulary and set apart by choosing its palette and typography in the admin rather than compiling them in. Seven section templates — home, services, pricing, about, FAQs, schedule and a sample report — cover the whole site, plus boxed contact and full-width pages and a dedicated testimonials page. The sample report page walks a prospect through a download, a summary panel, spreads and how to read it, and the FAQ page pairs grouped, always-open topics with a sticky contents list. Every call to action resolves to one Request Inspection page. Four colour schemes — Pine, Azure, Garnet and Umber — ship with the theme, each holding the same contrast by construction.
