Common questions
- Is there a contract?
- No. The monthly runs month to month. Cancel and we hand over your content and point the domain wherever you like.
- What does the build fee cover?
- Setting the theme to your brand, writing and placing your content, forms, analytics, and launch. You see a preview before you pay the balance.
- Who owns the site?
- You own the domain, the copy and the photography. The theme code stays licensed to you for as long as you host with us.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, in either direction, at the start of any billing month. Moving up to Growth does not require a rebuild.
- Can I use a domain I already own?
- Yes. We connect it at no charge, and it stays registered wherever it is now.
- Why do some domains cost more than $20?
- Each extension's registry sets its own price. Common ones like .com, .net and .org fit the $20 add-on. Specialty ones like .io or .law cost more, and we tell you the price before we buy.
- Who pays for Google Workspace?
- Google bills you directly, on your own account, from $8.40 per person a month. Our $99 covers setting it up and connecting it to your domain.
- Is there a free email option?
- Ask us. Free options exist, with limits on storage and on which mail apps they work with, and we'll tell you whether one fits.
- How are marketing services priced?
- After a call. We look at your market and goals, then send a quote.
